During a track session at the end of 2012 I broke the rear on launch. It went boom and didn't move at the line. However, I ended up being able to drive it. Going straight was fine but around corners sounded crunchy so I took a shot and limped it home. The original thought was the spider gears went and that was indeed the issue. Lots of pieces and metallic gear oil! She ended up sitting ALL of 2013 🙁 but made her 2014 debut with a bang. All fixed up and good as new. She will never sit that long again that's for sure. My buddy Jeff made short work of squaring the new stuff away. Can't wait to get back to the track. Broken carrier was an Auburn Pro (non serviceable) and I replaced it with a new Ford Racing Trac-Lok with carbon fiber clutches. Burnouts are good! This was only the second time she's been on a trailer. I didn't want to take a chance driving anymore so we called the flatbed. Other goodies pictured from Dad Santa are the components for a second stage of nitrous. Muhahahaha!
